AI Auto-Reply: The AI auto-replies to messages by default. You can toggle this off when manually responding and turn it back on once done.
Centralized Inbox: Displays contacts in order of recent messages, with the latest at the top.
Filters: Sort conversations that need attention:
Chat: Engage in conversations and manually respond when needed.
New Conversation: Start a new chat with any contact.
Resolve Escalation: After reviewing and providing support, you can mark the chat as resolved.
Block Contact: Quickly block unwanted contacts directly from the customer’s profile.
