Visito’s artificial intelligence is the core of the system, responsible for accurately responding to customer inquiries. To set it up, there are three key sections:

1. Sources

Here, you can upload your company’s information so the AI can use it in its responses:

• Website: Scans and extracts content from your site.

• Text: Add extra information not available on your website.

  • Example: Boost AI knowledge

• Files: Upload PDFs or images (the AI will use the content but won’t share the files).

• Integrations (hotels only): If your hotel uses a PMS integrated with Visito, the AI will pull relevant data from it.

  

2. Configuration

Define the AI’s behavior and tone by setting conversation goals and response flows. Important: Use this section only for specific adjustments, as it can impact AI performance.

3. Explore

Test how the AI will respond based on the information and settings configured in the previous sections.
