If you are an existing user on Visito:

1. Log in to your Visito account: https://app.visitoai.com/auth/login.

   

2. Go to the Team page: https://app.visitoai.com/settings/team.

   

3. In the Invite member section, enter the new user's email address.

   

4. Select the access level:

   • Admin: Full access.
   • User: View and respond to messages.

5. Click the Invite button.

   

If you are the invited user:

1. Make sure you’re logged out of any other Visito account before proceeding.

2. Check your email inbox for a "no-reply" email from Visito.

   

3. Click the blue Accept Invitation link.

   

4. Set a password for your Visito account, and use that email and password to log in.

If you need to have multiple access to different Visito Accounts, please accept all invitations, as each one grants you access to an account assigned by your team.
