Overview

Events are automated WhatsApp messages sent to guests at different stages.

To use Events, your PMS must be connected to Visito. This integration allows Visito to send automated messages using guest numbers collected during the reservation process from OTAs or your reservation engine.


Event Types

  1. Booking Confirmation: Sent immediately after a reservation is made.
  2. Before Arrival: Sent 2 days before the guest’s check-in date.
  3. During Stay: Sent after check-in. (Additional cost + requires activation: email [email protected]).
  4. After Departure: Sent 1 day after check-out.

Getting Started

  1. Connect your channels: Ensure WhatsApp is active.
  2. Connect your PMS to Visito: Integrations.
  3. Request Event Activation (Optional): Email [email protected].
  4. Activate Events: Toggle the Status button to enable Events.
