Overview

Events are automated WhatsApp messages sent to guests at different stages.

To use Events, ensure your PMS is connected to Visito. This integration allows us to automatically send WhatsApp messages using guest numbers collected during the reservation process from OTAs or your reservation engine.

Event Types:

  1. Booking Confirmation - Sent within minutes of reservation.
  2. Before Arrival - Sent 2 days prior to guest arrival.
  3. During Stay - Sent after check-in. Request activation by emailing: [email protected].
  4. After Departure - Sent 1 day after check-out.

Getting Started

  1. Connect your channels (ensure WhatsApp is active).
  2. Connect your PMS to Visito (Review process here: Integrations: https://visito.notion.site/Visito-Knowledge-Hub-96ea132eb5dd4a13b8a9f1a6c2e80fd7?pvs=4)
  3. Request Event activation via email: [email protected].
  4. Activate Events in the “Status” toggle.

  1. Log In: Access your Visito account: https://app.visitoai.com/auth/login

  2. Navigate to Events: Go to the Events page: https://app.visitoai.com/outbound

  3. Select Event: Click “View Event” for the type you want to edit.
