If automated responses are active on your Facebook or Instagram account, like the example below:
Follow these steps to disable them…
Log in to your Facebook account.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select "View All Profiles" and choose the page you want to manage.
Go to the following page: Meta Business Inbox
At the top of the Inbox, click Automations.
Scroll down to Your Automations and locate the active automated response.
Click the toggle next to the message to disable or activate it.
