• Booking Confirmation: Sent immediately after the guest makes the reservation (it may take up to 30 minutes).
• Before Arrival: Sent 2 days before check-in.
• During Stay (Optional): Sent after the guest checks in. Request activation at: [email protected].
• After Departure: Sent 1 day after check-out.

Currently, the timings for these events cannot be changed.
