Meta Business policies do not allow the automatic sending of images via AI support during a conversation on their platforms. Therefore, the AI cannot automatically send images on Instagram or Facebook Messenger.

Exceptions:

• On WhatsApp, the AI can automatically send images only when sharing room availability, but this feature is available exclusively for hotels with PMS integration.
